Halloween
Now, I know we Brits don’t really *do* Halloween like the Americans do – but lets face it, it’s always guaranteed to get you some brilliant photos for scrapping!
And when you have small children like I do, what else are they for, aside from dressing them up in the wildest and wackiest outfit you can at Halloween… of course, when he was about a month old, our oldest was dressed up as the obligatory pumpkin, but I’ve been a lot nicer since then….
Materials used:
Flat Broke Bazzill Bling 8.5×11, Grape Jelly Dotted Swiss Bazzill, Glitter Spot Doodlebug card – limeade, Tangerine Doodlebug glitter, ladybug doodlebug flock – all available from Indigo Mill
Also used the leftover halloween sequins from my cousins party, some thread and a black bead to stitch the cobweb and spider in the top right corner, and a cricut to cut the skeleton in the centre of the front page.
This is the first pages in my 8.5×11 AC modern album, it’s very unusual for me to do a double layout, but I thought if I was trying a different size page, I might as well go the whole hog! Hopefully next year we’ll halloween our lives up a bit and I can go for some of the gorgeous spooky papers that the manufacturers bring out!
