DT Inspiration – Sprite (Tinkering Ink)

2nd July, 2008 at 9:14 pm (Uncategorized)

Using the “Start me off” kit, Marie has come up with this bold and bright page

This is the second side of the Sprite paper, the first side being only one big swirl, but is such an easy beginner page.

Here Marie has simply cut out the blank paper in the middle of the 4 colourful swirls, and placed her photos behind, and there you have it – 4 instant framed photos for your page. If you are unsure about the colours of your photos, and don’t want them to clash with the multicolours on the page, why not try converting them to black and white first, then they will really pop out of the page!

Using torn and die cut paper and lettering, Marie has made a bold title to work with the multi colours, and edged the whole layout with purple acrylic paint. Colour me happy!!

Goes to show you don’t need to stick to plain and neutral when you first start scrapping!
